Concept Coordination
Bringing shape to an idea is the first step to your company’s project. We partner with civil and architectural consultants to assess the future of a property. We also evaluate the public process to see what your community requires before moving the project forward.
Design & Entitlements
When the general course is set, it’s time to put pen to papers. From zoning ordinances to parcel plats and topographic surveys to civil construction sets, we bring detail to the project and see it through the public approval process. A property must be designed and entitled before construction can happen.
Property Development
With the concept defined and the plan in place, it’s time to turn the dirt and breathe new life into the property. We manage construction of water, sewer, drainage, roads, electric, telecommunications and landscaping. Ready to go vertical? Our team can coordinate your project all the way to the end, until we hand over the keys.

Our Team
Justin Bond aims to build stronger communities. His teams have shown success by acquisition and development of prime real estate, reliable delivery of new residential subdivisions, persistent recruitment of new commercial and industrial tenants and strategic communications with a wide range of stakeholder groups.
Bond is the Chief Operations Officer for R.A. Development and Bransom Management in Burleson, Texas. He previously served as Director of the Development Services team in the City of Burleson, Texas, bringing new businesses into town, assisting applicants through the municipal review process, and encouraging growth in the community that matches the desires of its citizens. Prior to that, Justin managed a public affairs team for Chesapeake Energy in the Barnett Shale region of Texas. His work focused on site development and community education for the urban drilling and production of natural gas. Bond also worked in Washington, D.C. supporting Congressman Joe Barton as a legislative aide, and also as a project manager for Basden Steel, a local manufacturer in Burleson.
Justin resides in Burleson with his wife, Lauren, and five amazing children - Elizabeth, Ryer, Joy, Anne and Grace. His black Labrador retriever, Rosie, would also like to be mentioned as an important part of his life.
